Penny Hays Cauley has over 25 years of litigation experience in both Federal and State Courts throughout South Carolina and Alabama. She has litigated a wide variety of cases from employment discrimination issues to complex Federal statutory claims under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act, Fair Debt Collection Practices Act and the Electronic Funds Transfer Act.

Penny mediates cases with confidence, compassion and commitment to help both parties achieve their best efforts at reaching a resolution.  Mediations can be conducted at Penny’s office at 1303 West Evans Street in Florence, South Carolina, or if the parties and attorneys live outside the Florence area, Penny can travel to a location selected by the parties. Likewise, upon agreement by the parties, mediation can also be conducted via Zoom.
